Job Position: HR Consultant
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

• We are in need of HR Consultant who is a motivated self-starter, willing to learn and ready to build a career in HR.
• The HR Consultant assists other HR Consultants in relation to all aspects of Business Management, including the following:
  • Recruitment
  • Learning and Development (in plant and open training)
  • Proposal Writing (HR and Training)
  • Performance Management
  • Record Management
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality with assigned HR clients and employee data
  • HR outsourcing
  • Client relationship management
  • Strategic Business Development (HR, Training, etc)

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

• B.Sc degree/HND in Human Resources or Social Science, Business or a related field
• 1-3 years experience

Competence, Knowledge and Skill:

• Knowledge of Human Resource Management
• A self-starter, willing to learn
• Good communication and flexibility to interact with employees at various levels
• Having worked in HR Consulting, Training and other Business Management industry is an added advantage
• Interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Organizational, planning and time management skills
• Working with less supervision and self-directed
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive
• Prompt deliverables and attention to details
• Available to travel
• Motivated self-starter, willing to learn and ready to build a career in HR
• Computer literate (MS office; word, excel, power-point ).
